September, 5, 2020 - Today we celebrate 7 years in the Family Help Hub at Cornton Vale. At the start of the Project we never anticipated we would now be at the stage of running 2 very successful services, opening at a HMP Glenochil 4 years later. Although 2020 has been a different way of working we are still supporting our families and cannot wait to get the kettle on and welcome you back into the Centres hopefully soon.

July, 30, 2020 - Physical visits have resumed today at HMP Glenochil and will be followed tomorrow at HMP/YOI Cornton Vale. The centre staff are on hand at Glenochil for support, at the present time the Hub at Cornton Vale remains closed.

Bags of Hope - The Stirling Interfaith Community Justice Group assist those leaving custody by providing them with a handbag containing personal hygiene products and toiletries. If you have any unwanted handbags, we would love if you would consider donating them to us. Also, any toiletry donations would be gratefully appreciated. These can be handed into The Family Help Hub, HMP/YOI Cornton Vale, Stirling.

Sept, 20, 2017 - The Justice Minister recently visited the Centre at HMP Glenochil. He met with some families who attend the Centre and heard first hand of the support offered to those visiting someone in custody.

March, 10, 2017 - We have opened our second visitor at HMP Glenochil. This facility gives those visiting a person in custody a relaxing place to sit before and after their visit. Refreshments are provided and there is a children's play area and toilet facilities. Please contact us if you would be interested in volunteering.
