Physical visits

At HMP YOI Stirling and HMP Glenochil, visits are booked by the person in custody, who should inform visitors of the date and time once the request has been granted. Visiting information and times can be found on the SPS website by clicking here:

Virtual Visits

Alternatively, virtual visits are available at all establishments. Virtual visits are booked online by the visitor and are available through the Unilink "Email a Prisoner" service. Please visit the website for further information and to create an account to set up virtual visiting. If you require any support setting up virtual visits, please contact the Visitor Centre/ Family Hub team and we will be happy to assist. 

First Time Visitors

Please call into the Visitor Centre and speak to a volunteer or staff member if you have any questions about the visiting process. We can also provide you with a first-time visitor information pack prior to your visit, and direct you towards any other resources and organisations that may be able to support you.
